The Refugee Mile
This week, the children had the chance to think about those less fortunate than themselves as they took part in 'The Refugee Mile'.
The children walked three different routes, visiting various prayer stations, in order to experience what it would feel like to walk a whole mile. The idea was to get them to think about how far refugees have to walk in order to get to safety and try to find a better life. Well done Beech Class for being so thoughtful.
